This Mil-Spec compliant montmorillonite clay desiccant is a chemically inert and non-corrosive moisture control solution designed to meet military and industrial packaging standards. It adsorbs and traps moisture from the surrounding air, reducing humidity and helping prevent mould growth, condensation, and corrosion in enclosed spaces.

Montmorillonite clay is the most cost-effective desiccant available and performs reliably across normal temperature and relative humidity ranges. At 25°C and 80% relative humidity, this desiccant can adsorb up to 28% of its weight in water vapour. Even at full moisture capacity, the clay remains dry to the touch with no change in size, shape, or leakage, making it ideal for long-term storage and transport.

This 528 g (16 Unit) packet conforms to U.S. Military Specification requirements (MIL-DTL-3464 Type I) and is suitable for protecting sensitive and high-value equipment.
